How long does setup take?

Your account is created the moment you submit the form. Log in, follow the onboarding checklist, and you can have your first raffle live in under 10 minutes.

Do I need any technical skills?

None at all. Everything is managed through a simple admin panel. If you can fill in a form, you can run a raffle on Kete Koha.

How do ticket buyers pay?

Buyers pay via NZ bank deposit using a unique reference code generated by Kete Koha. You confirm payment in your admin panel when it arrives. All money goes directly to your bank account — Kete Koha never touches ticket sale proceeds.

Can buyers choose which prize basket they enter?

Yes! Buyers can split their tickets across any baskets they like during the reservation process.

What happens after I sign up?

Your page is created instantly — you'll see your admin URL and password on screen immediately, and we'll email them to you too. Just log in and follow the onboarding checklist. Payment by NZ bank deposit can follow — we trust you to pay!

Can I run multiple raffles?

Yes, on the Monthly or Annual plan you can run as many raffles as you like. On the One Raffle plan, your page is active for 30 days.

Does Kete Koha work for Events too?

Yes — your Kete Koha account covers both Raffles and Events. One login, one admin panel. Run a bingo night, quiz night, or gala dinner from the same place.

Is there a tax invoice I can download?

Yes! A tax invoice for your subscription is available at any time from your admin panel under Settings.
