How long does setup take?

Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Fill in the signup form, we activate your account, then log in and follow the onboarding checklist in your admin panel.

Do I need any technical skills?

None at all. Everything is managed through a simple admin panel. If you can fill in a form, you can run a raffle on RaffleKit.

How do ticket buyers pay?

Buyers pay via NZ bank deposit using a unique reference code generated by RaffleKit. You confirm payment in your admin panel when it arrives.

Can buyers choose which prize basket they enter?

Yes! Buyers can split their tickets across any baskets they like. They use a guided allocation step in the reservation modal.

Is RaffleKit legal in New Zealand?

RaffleKit is a tool to help you run your raffle — it does not operate the raffle itself. You are responsible for ensuring your raffle complies with the Gambling Act 2003 and any applicable class 1 or class 2 rules. For most small community raffles this is straightforward. Always check with a legal advisor if unsure.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll receive a confirmation email with our bank account details. Once your payment clears (usually same day or next morning), we'll activate your page and email you your unique raffle URL, admin URL, and login password.

Can I run multiple raffles?

Yes, on the Monthly or Annual plan you can run as many raffles as you like. On the One Raffle plan, your page is active for 30 days for a single raffle.
